Hello! I'm Sheryl Traum
and I am a real estate broker and REALTOR® at EXP Real Estate in the beautiful city of Spokane, Washington. I
grew up in Spokane, but my law school dreams led me to San
Francisco. So, prior to becoming a full time Realtor, I
practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in real
estate and construction related issues. When I finally realized
my dream of moving back to my home town of Spokane over 5 years
ago, I started my studies to become a Realtor. The years of
experience I have from both my law career and my real estate
sales practice make it possible for me to provide exceptional
service and an uncommon depth of real estate knowledge to every
client I assist. I help with residential and land real estate
transactions, including luxury homes, raw land sales,
ranch-style, "Craftsman", traditional, Mid-Century Modern,
Contemporary, waterfront properties, and more. Spokane is
located in beautiful Eastern Washington with incredible natural
beauty, parks and hiking trails close by almost every
neighborhood, water- and snow-skiing a short drive away and an
excellent airport to conveniently transport you to out of town
business and vacation destinations.
"Starter" and/or rental homes can still
be purchased for under $300,000, with many very nice homes
available in the $500,000 range and high-end luxury homes
available for around $1 Million (the price of a small starter
home in some markets!)

price possible. I also work to leverage my connections with
fellow real estate professionals, marketing resources,
contractors and investors to ensure that every move I make will
work to my clients' advantage. All along the way, I keep in
close communication with my clients so they can feel confident
they are up to date with the status of their transaction, or
with the new listings coming on the market. When my clients are
in contract to buy or sell, I keep in close contact to discuss
the strategy for handling the next steps in the deal so they are
well aware of everything that happens, and have a chance to
strategize together about the best steps to take along the way.
I explain anything my clients don’t understand and help take the
stress out of their real estate transactions.
