I have been a full time broker since 2003, and I love helping clients achieve smooth and satisfying moves throughout Orange, Durham, and Chatham counties.  I bring to real estate a unique mix of communications and finance expertise. I was a communications consultant for a number of years before entering real estate, and prior to that, was a stock analyst in Boston. I leverage these skill sets in working with clients, to achieve the best possible outcome for each transaction. 

I've lived in the Chapel Hill/Durham area for 29 years, and have deep knowledge of local communities, from Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham, to Hillsborough and Pittsboro, and Efland to Apex. Raised in North Carolina, I graduated from North Carolina at Chapel Hill University. I began my career in business and manufacturing for over 15 years in Raleigh. Leveraging my design mind and love for structure, spaces, and engineering; I then served customers on the construction side of real estate as a general contractor. I not only worked for residential customers building additions and remodeling, but also worked for governmental and commercial establishments where I was responsible for projects in excess of twenty million dollars traveling throughout the eastern United States.
