Annual Renewals

All annual renewals are subject to our automatic rebilling process. We will mail you a hard copy billing 30 days prior to expiration of your ads, reminding you of the auto rebill. We will give you the opportunity to opt out of your annual renewal simply by calling us, emailing us or even sending us a letter prior to the renewal.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Gay Real Estate Directory reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the member's responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes. In the event Gay Real Estate Directory offers any additional or replacement services then this agreement shall apply to such services in the absence of any new agreement specific to such services which is entered into between the parties.

Your Relationship with Advertisers

Your contacts with companies listed on the Site, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree not to hold Gay Real Estate Directory liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such users on the Site. Refunds
Once your ads have been completed and placed on the website we do not offer any refund of any type. This is simply because we have already incurred the cost of our graphics people and website designer to get your ads completed and on line. Because no company can guarantee results in regards to advertising, we feel it would be in appropriate for any company to do so.
