Hello! I'm Sheryl Traum and I am a real estate broker and REALTOR® at EXP Real Estate in the beautiful city of Spokane, Washington. I grew up in Spokane, but my law school dreams led me to San Francisco. So, prior to becoming a full time Realtor, I practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in real estate and construction related issues.  When I finally realized my dream of moving back to my home town of Spokane over 5 years ago, I started my studies to become a Realtor.  The years of experience I have from both my law career and my real estate sales practice make it possible for me to provide exceptional service and an uncommon depth of real estate knowledge to every client I assist.
