York Taenzer Coldwell Banker Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile. I am a realtor in Des Moines and have lived in here over 30 years. My neighborhood is the historic district of Sherman Hill and I love historic architecture, the neighborhood, the people, and the proximity to downtown. One of my passions is saving and restoring historic homes. Over the years I've bought and sold multiple homes and gained experience with construction and real estate in that process. I volunteer on Des Moines' Historic Preservation Commission and with Capital City Pride (capitalcitypride.org), help homeless and refugee families through the Homeless Assistance Team, volunteer to support my Sherman Hill neighborhood, am a member of Plymouth Church, and sing in Des Moines Gay Men's Chorus (DMGMC.org).
