Kevin Bryant I am a full time REALTOR®, licensed in Missouri & Kansas since 2003 and a Principal / Partner of the Locate team at Compass. I have extensive experience in both resale homes and new construction, having represented the developers and builders of North Gate Village. I represent both buyers and sellers in the Kansas City Metro area. Prior to my real estate career, I spent 17 years working in marketing, management, and consulting for retail organizations in the horticulture field. I was owner/manager of Bryant Greenhouses Inc. and of Distinguished Gardens. I also was a lawn and garden consultant for Lowe’s Home Improvement, Wal-Mart and Home Depot. I was a founding board member of the MALGBT (Mid-American LGBT Chamber of Commerce) and a supporter of the Aids Walk KC, Aids Service Foundation, KC Care Clinic and Save, Inc. I enjoy gardening, traveling, friends and spending time with my partner Tom Suther, another agent on the Locate team and our dogs Dolly and Betty White. I have a son Austin, a daughter, Lauren, and two grandsons, Boston and Briggs. |
